The 2026 XC12K will be held on Saturday August 22. The start time for the 5k & 12k is: 8:00 AM
You can RUN or HIKE either race. The cutoff time for both races is: 11:00 AM.
Funds raised from this year’s race will benefit the Bogus Basin Nordic Team and support the development of Nordic skiing in the Treasure Valley.
Other Considerations:
Weather Consideration: Race course or race date could change due to wet conditions to protect the trails.

Packet pickup will be available before the event. We STRONGLY encourage participants to pick up their packets BEFORE race day.

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP :
We will have LIMITED race day packet pickup from 6:30 am - 7:30 am for those unable to make it to Fleet Feet Meridian or Fleet Feet Nampa. We highly encourage you to pick up your packet in advance.

8 AM: 5k & 12k
CUTOFF TIME:
1 PM: 5k & 12K

LOCATION:
Fort Boise Park Military Reserve Trail System.
Both the 5K and 12K start and finish at the same location.
*Due to possible congestion it is recommended to park near Fort Boise Community Center and walk to start/finish area.
START TIME: 8:00 (both events)

Cash prizes will be awarded for the following in the 12K event:
$50 for first-place finishers in each division (male, female, non-binary)
$50 for King of Mountain (KOM) in each division (male, female, non-binary)
The award ceremony will take place at 9:45 am.
There will not be official age group awards, but there will be a generous raffle after the event starting at 10am and based on bib number.
